
Stir-Fried Squid with Chilli Sauce
A quick, vibrant seafood dish. Common in Korean homes and markets, it’s spicy, glossy, and full of life.

Cooking Time: 8–10 mins
Ingredients:

1 whole squid or cuttlefish, cleaned and sliced

1/2 onion, sliced

1–2 spring onions, chopped

2 tbsp Mama Kim’s Chilli Master Sauce

1 tbsp water

1 tsp cooking oil
Instructions:

Mix the veggies and squid and the sauce well.

Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add the mixture and stir-fry for about 5 mins until the squid curls.
Serve with: Rice or noodles.
Tip: Squid only needs a few minutes—don’t overcook or it becomes rubbery.
