
Easy Tacos with Kimchi Chilli Sauce
Whatever taco you’re making, just a spoon of this sauce brings it to life. Bold, tangy, and full of soul.
Ingredients (for 2 tacos):

4 small soft tortillas (corn or flour)

100g cooked protein (e.g. grilled beef, pork, chicken, tofu, or mushrooms)

1–2 tsp Kimchi Chilli Sauce (or more to taste)

¼ cup shredded lettuce

A few slices of avocado (optional)

Coriander or spring onion, for garnish
Instructions:

Warm the tortillas in a pan or directly over a flame.

Place the protein, veggies, and avocado on the tortilla.

Drizzle Kimchi Chilli Sauce over the top.

Garnish and fold. Serve warm.
