Easy Tacos with Kimchi Chilli Sauce

Whatever taco you’re making, just a spoon of this sauce brings it to life. Bold, tangy, and full of soul.

Ingredients (for 2 tacos):

  • 4 small soft tortillas (corn or flour)

  • 100g cooked protein (e.g. grilled beef, pork, chicken, tofu, or mushrooms)

  • 1–2 tsp Kimchi Chilli Sauce (or more to taste)

  • ¼ cup shredded lettuce

  • A few slices of avocado (optional)

  • Coriander or spring onion, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Warm the tortillas in a pan or directly over a flame.

  2. Place the protein, veggies, and avocado on the tortilla.

  3. Drizzle Kimchi Chilli Sauce over the top.

  4. Garnish and fold. Serve warm.

Tips:

  • This sauce works with any taco — pork belly, seafood (squid), grilled meats, tofu, even leftovers.

  • For a quick meal, use pre-cooked protein and focus on fresh toppings.

  • Add kimchi or a sprinkle of crushed roasted seaweed.
