Mama Kim’s Baek Kimchi, also known as White Kimchi, is a non-spicy variety that has a clean and refreshing taste with a subtle umami flavour.
Kimchi is traditionally a type of pickle, but unlike sugar or vinegar based pickles, White Kimchi is naturally fermented. This process creates a gentle depth of flavour while keeping the crispness of fresh vegetables. It can be enjoyed as a lighter and fresher alternative to ordinary pickles, pairing beautifully with everyday meals.
