Mama Kim’s Kitchen Selected for Lyndey Milan’s Top 10 Picks

We’re excited to share that Mama Kim’s Kitchen has been selected as one of Lyndey Milan OAM’s Top 10 Picks for Horizontal Festival 2026.

Held at Centennial Vineyards in Bowral, Horizontal Festival brings together leading chefs, food producers, winemakers and makers for a celebration of food, wine and regional creativity.

As part of the festival program, Lyndey Milan will use Mama Kim’s sauces in a live cooking demonstration on the Maldon Salt Culinary Stage, showing how Korean flavour can be brought naturally into everyday Australian cooking.

We’ll also be bringing the full Mama Kim’s Kitchen range to the festival, with product tastings available throughout the event. Visitors will be able to explore our Korean sauces, Kimchi Chilli Oil, Kimchi Salt and award-winning kimchi range.

It is a special opportunity for us to share the breadth of Mama Kim’s Kitchen, from easy everyday sauces to traditionally made kimchi, and to show how Korean flavour can work across many different styles of cooking.

We look forward to meeting festival visitors, sharing samples and celebrating alongside some of NSW’s most exciting chefs, producers and makers.
