Mama Kim’s Kimchi Chilli Oil Wins Bronze at the 2026 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show

We’re excited to share some wonderful news from the 2026 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.

Mama Kim’s Kimchi Chilli Oil has been awarded a Bronze Medal, recognising its flavour, quality and craftsmanship.

Made with our own kimchi seasoning and chilli flakes, this plant-based, gluten-free chilli oil brings the savoury depth of cooked kimchi together with a warm chilli finish. A small spoonful can transform dumplings, noodles, eggs, grilled seafood, pasta, soup or even a simple bowl of rice.

This award is especially meaningful to us because it reflects the idea behind Mama Kim’s Kitchen: bringing Korean flavour into Australian kitchens in a way that feels both authentic and easy to use.
