Korean style Pork Bolognese with Korean Chilli Master Sauce

Korean Chilli Pork Mince
A quick and versatile recipe made with Mama Kim's Korean Chilli Master Sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights and easy to serve with rice, pasta, tacos, wraps or baked potatoes.

Ingredients
- 500g pork mince
- 4β5 tbsp Mama Kim's Korean Chilli Master Sauce
- 1β2 tsp soy sauce, or to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork mince and cook, breaking it up with a spoon until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in Mama Kim's Korean Chilli Master Sauce and soy sauce.
- Cook for 2β3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is evenly coated and slightly caramelised.
Serving Ideas
- Toss through pasta for a Korean-style Bolognese

Tips
- Add diced onion, carrot or finely shredded cabbage for extra flavour and texture.
