  • 500g pork mince
  • 4–5 tbsp Mama Kim's Korean Chilli Master Sauce
  • 1–2 tsp soy sauce, or to taste

Korean Chilli Pork Mince

A quick and versatile recipe made with Mama Kim's Korean Chilli Master Sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights and easy to serve with rice, pasta, tacos, wraps or baked potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 500g pork mince
  • 4–5 tbsp Mama Kim's Korean Chilli Master Sauce
  • 1–2 tsp soy sauce, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the pork mince and cook, breaking it up with a spoon until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in Mama Kim's Korean Chilli Master Sauce and soy sauce.
  4. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is evenly coated and slightly caramelised.
