Korean Master Sauce Glazed Salmon
Tender salmon glazed with Mama Kim's Korean Master Sauce and caramelised to perfection. A quick and flavour-packed recipe that's perfect for an easy weeknight meal or relaxed entertaining.

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (approximately 120β150g each)
- 2 tbsp Mama Kim's Korean Master Sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
Optional
- Lemon wedges, to serve
- Sliced spring onion
Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry with paper towel.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon skin-side down and cook for 4β5 minutes.
- Carefully turn and cook for another 2β3 minutes.
- Brush generously with Mama Kim's Korean Master Sauce.
- Turn once or twice, brushing with additional sauce, until glossy and lightly caramelised.
- Remove from the pan and rest for 1 minute before serving.

Tips
- Add the sauce towards the end of cooking to prevent over-caramelisation.
