Korean Master Sauce Glazed Salmon

Tender salmon glazed with Mama Kim's Korean Master Sauce and caramelised to perfection. A quick and flavour-packed recipe that's perfect for an easy weeknight meal or relaxed entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (approximately 120–150g each)
  • 2 tbsp Mama Kim's Korean Master Sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Optional

  • Lemon wedges, to serve
  • Sliced spring onion

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry with paper towel.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes.
  4. Carefully turn and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  5. Brush generously with Mama Kim's Korean Master Sauce.
  6. Turn once or twice, brushing with additional sauce, until glossy and lightly caramelised.
  7. Remove from the pan and rest for 1 minute before serving.

Tips
