Seafood Cocktail Sauce

A quick summer sauce made using Mama Kim’s Kimchi Chilli Sauce, perfect for prawns, seafood salads and easy entertaining.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Mama Kim’s Kimchi Chilli Sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
A small pinch of salt
Chopped celery or chives, optional
Instructions:
Mix the sauce
Add mayonnaise, Mama Kim’s Kimchi Chilli Sauce, lemon juice and salt to a bowl. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Adjust and finish
Taste and adjust if needed. Add chopped celery or chives for extra freshness and texture.
Serve
Use as a seafood cocktail sauce or toss through cooked prawns, avocado, cucumber and cherry tomatoes for an easy salad.

Serve chilled for the cleanest flavour.
