Kimchi Chilli Cocktail Sauce

A favourite prawn cocktail and seafood sauce, twisted with Mama Kim’s Kimchi Chilli Sauce for an easy, familiar finish.

Seafood Cocktail Sauce
Creamy, fresh and gently spicy with real kimchi depth.
A quick summer sauce made using Mama Kim’s Kimchi Chilli Sauce, perfect for prawns, seafood salads and easy entertaining.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Mama Kim’s Kimchi Chilli Sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
A small pinch of salt

Chopped celery or chives, optional

Instructions:

Mix the sauce
Add mayonnaise, Mama Kim’s Kimchi Chilli Sauce, lemon juice and salt to a bowl. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Adjust and finish
Taste and adjust if needed. Add chopped celery or chives for extra freshness and texture.

Serve
Use as a seafood cocktail sauce or toss through cooked prawns, avocado, cucumber and cherry tomatoes for an easy salad.

Tips:

Serve chilled for the cleanest flavour.

Perfect with prawns, crab or lobster.
